Great support, easy to use

I ordered the XTERN Foot Drop Brace a few weeks ago after my physical therapist suggested it. The ordering process on their site was straightforward, and I found the instructions for measuring my shoe size helpful. It arrived in about 6 days, which was reasonable for where I live. Helped a lot with walking

I bought the XTERN Summit because I wanted to keep up with my walking group. It came pretty fast, like in 5 days. It was easy to put on my sneakers, just followed the guide. My foot doesn't drag anymore, which is awesome. Makes walking a lot smoother.

Good product, shipping was slow

I got the XTERN Classic for my dad, and he's really liked it for his everyday shoes. It definitely helps with his foot drop, and he likes that it's not inside his shoe. Putting it on was okay, but the attachment clips felt a little stiff initially. It took about 9 days to get to us, which felt a bit long for an important medical device, but it did arrive safely. The price is up there, but the quality seems good. I wish shipping was faster, but overall, we're satisfied with the brace's performance.

You can actually just order it yourself. They do have an option to help with insurance if you have a prescription, but you don't NEED one just to buy it.

Nah, no prescription needed for purchase. It's more if you want to try and get your insurance to cover it.

Oh man, a million times better. My old carbon fiber one was a nightmare. This one is external, so it doesn't rub, and I can wear whatever shoes I want. Game changer for sure.

I definitely prefer the TurboMed. The external design means less skin irritation and it's way more flexible for different activities. It's not sitting inside your shoe which makes a huge difference.

Mine arrived pretty fast, like 5 business days, to Florida. They ship from Canada I think, so sometimes customs can add a day or two, but usually it's quick.
